We are happy to offer FREE shipping on orders over $200 in Canada.
For orders under $200 there is a $20 (+ tax) flat shipping rate within Canada.
At the moment, we ship within Canada only. If you are US or International and see an item you love please feel free to e-mail us so we are able to get a shipping quote for you.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post and may take up to 3-7 business days depending on your location from the date it is shipped out. *Please note: once shipment is in the hands of Canada Post it is no longer our responsibility.*
You may also choose to pickup your item in store (free of charge). We will send an email confirmation once your item is ready to be picked up.
** Please ensure your mailing address and email are correct at checkout as we are unable to make changes to this once the package has shipped. In the event that an incorrect address is given and item is returned to us, shipping will have to be charged again to re-send the package. **
Returns
We are happy to offer exchanges, returns or store credit on online purchases.
However, All SALE ITEMS or ITEMS BOUGHT AT A DISCOUNT are final sale (no refunds). We cannot offer exchanges or store credit on accessories (earrings, hats, undergarments including bralettes and bodysuits).
If you wish to exchange an item, return an item or receive store credit, please e-mail us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Once approved, we will send you our return shipping address and **we must receive the returned item(s) within 30 days of return approval **
If an item(s) is being sent back for exchange, return or store credit, all shipping costs will be at the cost of the customer.
Items must be unworn with original tags attached.
